IP rights, trademarks, inventory of monitors, and manufacturing assets were purchased and assigned to Omega Critical Care Ltd.
Omega completed the development of truCCOMS® and obtained both FDA clearance and CE Marking.
Omega's head office is based East Kilbride, 20 miles south of Glasgow, where truCCOMS is manufactured within a Class 10,000 Cleanroom accredited to ISO 14644-1 Class 7.
