The Omega Critical Care Monitor does not require regular user maintenance other than normal cleaning nor does it need routine servicing to maintain its optimum performance level.
Omega Critical Care provides a Customer Service Department for user support. To respond to questions, please supply the department with the serial number of the unit. This serial number can be found on the back panel of the monitor.
